The following pictures and videos were from a shoot I did the
afternoon of May 11. I shot the following weapons this
afternoon:
First: the videos:
Here's some pics:

The target from 3
meters. I was shooting today from 3, 10 and 40 meters.
Handguns from 3 and 10 meters, long guns from 40
meters.

One hand point and shoot from 3
meters. I would strongly urge ANYONE who carries a weapon
for self-defense to practice this type of shooting. Most
self defense shooting incidents take place between 3 and 10
meters. When the perp is that close, you don't have time to
use both hands.

And here's the reason for
today's shoot. I had to test this Calico Liberty III 9mm
pistol for my gun guy. The gun shoots fine, but the fully
loaded 50 round drum makes it awfully top heavy. The target
I shot with it is further down on this page.

Another video capture of me
shooting the Calico.

Me shooting the Kel-Tec Sub2000
9mm.

A couple of shots of me
shooting the Armi Jager .22LR.

A couple of shots of me
shooting my M1 Carbine.

A few shots of me shooting the
handguns from 10 meters, two hand hold, aimed shooting. From
this distance you have a little more time to take a proper
stance and aim at the perp, and blow him away before he can
get to you.

This was the target after 3
full magazines of 9mm Largo - one hand, point shooting from
3 meters. At this distance, you're not trying to group your
shots - you're shooting to save your life. So, again, I
strongly urge anyone who carries a weapon for self defence,
practice this procedure.

This was the target I shot with
the Calico Liberty III 9mm pistol. It's a little hard to get
used to shooting it .... It's very top heavy with a fully
loaded magazine, but it seems to shoot nicely.

This is what the target looked
like from my firing line at 40 meters.
