All services provided will be invoiced. The total amount of the invoice is due and payable upon receipt. Make all checks payable to NEIL E. WRIGHT. Any invoice open after 30 days will invoke a service charge of 1 1/2% per month (18% A.P.R.) on the unpaid balance.

$25.00 per page, plus the cost of each included graphic. Making provision for non-digital artwork costs $2.00 for art that is trimmed to fit in multiples of your column width, or $3.00 if the type must flow around a larger or smaller piece. (There is a one time fee of $50.00 for setting up a "boiler plate" for your newsletter. This will be based on the specifications you provide. If you change your format (or your "look") every few issues, simply include new specs with an additional $50.00 setup fee.) |

Note: all typesetting includes providing your printer with camera ready pages, or a document in either Quark Express or PageMaker that they can send to press.

Word or document processing/revisions - $25.00 per hour. Scanning documents and converting to text files - $25.00 per page (will include OCR conversion of your document, spell checking and converting to formatted document [e.g., MS Word, Word Perfect, or other text editor for Mac, DOS or Windows] and output to diskette).

I can create and maintain databases on either a Mac or an IBM or compatible computer, using FileMaker Pro 3.0 (Mac and Windows), DBase III (DOS), or any other database application.
1-2500 records - $.15 per record / 2501-5000 records - $.12 per record / Over 5000 records - $.10 per record. (A record is defined as any number of fields of data, i.e., name, address, phone number, remarks, or whatever you desire your database to consist of, for a single individual or business.) Corrections will be billed at 60% of the above listed prices. (A correction is any number of changes to a specific record) Files can be output in whatever format you require (e.g., SYLK, BASIC (quote, comma), TABS delimited, DBF, MERGE, or ASCII) or as a formatted document to import to your database application.
I can also produce mailing labels on a laser (cut sheet - up to 33 labels per page) or continuous feed (dot matrix or type-wheel) labels. Laser Labels - $3.00 per page. Continuous feed labels - $15.00 per thousand - please specify 1, 2 or 3 across, self sticking or Cheshire labels.

If you have an older system which does not allow you to export data to another platform, I can convert your DOS or Mac file so the other machine can read it. Each document - $30.00. $15.00 per 1000 records if a database conversion.
If the files to be converted are in a database, call and make sure I have the appropriate application for your records.

I will provide consultation and training by appointment. Fee for this service is $45.00 per hour. If the consultation/training takes place at your business site, there is a 4 hour minimum. If the consultation is by telephone, there is a 30 minute minimum for my time. For an emergency, if I am required to visit your site to correct a problem with hardware or software, I will add 50% to the hourly fee.

Will be billed at the same rate as a consultation. I will warrant my work for 30 days. If there is a problem with your system which can be traced to my work, I will fix it free for 30 days. If the problem turns out to be defective equipment or compatibility problems with other software, I will bill for my time to correct it.

Have a favorite photo or piece of art that you want digitized? Your photos or line art can be scanned for $25.00 per digitized image, and saved as TIFF, GIF, JPEG, PICT (PCX) or EPS, for either Mac or DOS machines. Or you can select art from my generic digital art files to be included in your documents at only $7.50 per graphic. I can also create original line art or a custom digital logo for you. The fee for custom digital logos and artwork requires a minimum $45.00 setup charge that includes a 30 minute consultation. Custom artwork will be billed at $45.00 per hour.
To scan photos and provide 4-color separation (to either film or paper) add $75.00 per picture. Half-tone or gray-scale, no extra charge.

If you need computer hardware or supplies, please call me and let me get you a price. I will attempt to get you the lowest price for any computer hardware, software or supplies that I can. If you order supplies from me, unless my vendors have it on backorder, I can usually deliver within 7-10 working days from the date I receive your order.
