Neil E. Wright (NEW) Enterprises, is a sole-proprietorship, which provides web design and domain hosting, computer consulting/training and computer related services to the general public. I have been working with computers since my Navy days in the 1970s (see About Neil E. Wright). I have worked in a variety of computer environments that have included UNIX, Mac, DOS and PICK platforms. I have extensive experience in computer typesetting and information processing. Since I held a Top Secret clearance (with SIOP/ESI and CRYPTO endorsements) while I was in the Navy, I am accustomed to working in a confidential environment, and in handling sensitive or classified materials.

All of the services that NEW Enterprises provides to the public are provided in a timely manner, and completed to the best of my abilities. I am accustomed to taking pride in my work, and I try to reflect that pride in every job I do. How do I pay for services rendered?

The fees for personal web pages is due and payable when you submit your application for a web page. The fees for a WEB SITE are payable as follows: $180.00 due and payable in advance. Other amounts due (if any) will be invoiced, invoice due and payable upon receipt. All other services provided will be invoiced. The total amount of the invoice is due and payable upon receipt. NEW Enterprises accepts payment in Cash, Checks or Money Orders. Make all Checks and Money Orders payable to NEIL E. WRIGHT. Any invoice open after 30 days will invoke a service charge of 1 1/2% per month (18% A.P.R.) on the unpaid balance. DO NOT SEND CASH VIA THE U.S. MAIL.

Q. How many sites do you currently host?
A. We currently host several domains on our server. Our server currently move thousands of pages daily.

Q. Can I run CGI scripts on your servers?
A. We currently support FlexMail, Forms CGI, and Guestbook CGI. We also provide the use of graphical counters.

Q. What example scripts do you provide?
A. We provide example scripts for client authorization, browser redirection, guestbooks, forms-to-email, page counters.

Q. What MIME types do you support? Can I add MIME types that you do not already have setup?
A. We currently support the majority of MIME types, including: QuickTime, QuickDraw 3D, ShockWave, StuffIt, and many others. We have no problem adding new MIME types upon request.

Q. How can I setup POP eMail accounts for everyone in my company?
A. For smaller companies, we can provide 5-10 POP accounts at minimal cost. If you require 20+ eMail accounts, contact us and we will be happy to accommodate you.

Q. How do I upload my files to the server?
A. We provide an FTP account, which you login to using Fetch, Anarchie, or any other FTP software.

Q. What information is stored in your log files?
A. We log the date, time, result (ok/err), client IP address, the URL, bytes transferred, and the referrer (the page that the client came from).

Q. How long does it take to setup an account?
A. A new domain name registration takes 1 to 2 business days, a domain name transfer usually takes 2 to 4 business days. Domain name transfers can be further delayed if the previous ISP is the admin contact and does not authorize the transfer.

Q. Do you or can you provide dial-up Internet accounts?
A. NEW Enterprises is an Internet Presence Provider (IPP), and not an Internet Service Provider (ISP) We do not provide dial-up and dedicated connections, just web site hosting, web server co-location (with our NSP) and web site design.

Q. How fast is your Internet connection?
A. Our Network Services Provider has multiple T3 lines going out to the Internet.

Q. Where are you located?
A. We are located in Ehrenberg, AZ (on the Colorado River).

Q. How long have you been in business?
A. NEW Enterprises has been in been in business since 1983. We have been doing web design and hosting for since 1996.

Q. How can I contact NEW Enterprises?

Q. I have a PC, can I still host my pages on your system?
A. Of course you can. Although we use UNIX platforms for hosting, we are multi platform here.

Q. Can I upload my pages to your server with a PC?
A. Yes again. It makes absolutely no difference whether you use a PC, Win9x/NT/2000/XP, UNIX, or whatever.
